[Amamiya picks the girl out from across the dance floor. One could hardly miss those braids, after all. She crosses directly towards her, wearing a modest light blue dress.]

Hello, there. I don't know if you remember, but we spoke earlier, over the Vine?

[OOC: Amamiya's had a drink of Fruit Pinch that is making her want to slow dance.]

[Amamiya winces as Homura steps on her toes as well. This really wasn't going very well.]

Sorry...wow, we're not very good at this, are we?

Sorry...I've never tried this before...

[She tries shuffling her feet more to avoid picking them up too far.]

Here, stop for a second.

We need to move in time, I think. That way, we're both moving at the time time, right?

[She does so.]

I guess... Will you lead us? [It is lead, right? She's heard something like that before in movies...but she's not sure what exactly it entails.]

[Well, it seems close enough... and even if they're off from the music, it's more important they're in sync. She steps along, matching her partner as best as she can, trying to learn as best as she can. This kind of skill...maybe it would be useful someday.]

[Ah, there we go. Amamiya starts to relax a little, her tense arms loosening as she falls into a groove.]
