...

Tenshi spotted the tower early. While she had no idea what the tower meant, she figured that a heavy strone structure implied someone wanting to protect something.

Hopefully by force!

She quickly hopped on her floating rock and moved towards the window, where she then knocked.

Tenshi certainly didn't act like a kid. Or well, that's what she firmly believed.

"Well, it's not as if anybody noticed, for everyone else you just built a tower, right?"

"Not a really useful one."

"How come?"

Tenshi hadn't really checked for stairs or doors because, well...celestial. She could fly just fine.

"It seems to suit the purpose just fine."

"Well, the original purpose was as a lookout. You can only really see out of the one window. And, um, I don't think there's a way in other than, uh, the window. So it basically sucks."

She thinks about this.

"I really hope I can change things after doing the initial building."

"Oh. You can't fly, right?" Tenshi asked, tilting her head, as she was pondering.

"I could leave you a keystone here, you can use it as a temporary elevator?"

She used floating rocks as stairs for her floating island home, so this seemed to be a small thing to her.

"Not last time I checked, no." She's not keen to check again.

"Wow, really? If, um, you don't mind... I'd appreciate it." Assuming it floats under floaty rock power and not under crazy hat angel power. "I mean, I could probably still get out, but..."

Nobody said how they work, so ruling it does work like that is ok. It's magic! peachhat March 19 2011, 21:31:44 UTC
"Sure, then."

Tenshi snapped her fingers, creating a roughly person-sized floating rock next to the window.

"Just stomp on it twice to make it go up or down, it'll stop in front of your window. It'll work even when I sleep, so don't worry, you don't have to wait for me to check for you."

She'd probably forget to, anyway, she was not the most responsible person.

She stares at it, poking it lightly.

"This place is going to make me actually crazy." Giving Tenshi a bit of a smile, she adds, "Thanks a lot."

"You're welcome. Just, like, don't spread around that I did something like that."

Tenshi had a reputation to defend, after all. "And no need to go crazy, really. It's just a floating rock."

"Your secret is safe with me," she promises drily. Which is technically true, if only because she doesn't see a reason to spread this around, even if Tenshi is slightly ridiculous.

"Where I come from, they tend to fall. Except for in places where there's no gravity and everything floats."

"Well, rocks do that usually, but in my home, which is a floating island, they can also float if properly prepared. I just did that. It's not very hard for me, really, since my power pretty much is controlling earth and rock and stuff."

She nodded. "And thanks for keeping it secret."

"I'll just have to get used to it, along with everything else."

"Pretty sure you can do that, you got used to actually weird things, like those plants."

"Yeah," she leans on the windowsill with a sigh, "it's my superpower."
