Calm down. This weird vine thing is a bit more complicated than those communicators Yukari used before, and is natural for here. Yukari had nothing to do with it... except being here and vanishing later on.
I'm pretty sure that's not her doing, though obviously she's pretty pleased about it. This is all the Queen's doing, and I haven't been able to find her at all.
