I think making them individually would be best. The craftsmanship of an instrument is a very detailed process, and, even with this being magic, making them in bulk could lead to inferior sound quality.

[though idk if that'd end in peace or in a fight in the middle of the concert hall...but Canada and her harp are always welcome here.]

That's probably the case, yes. Do you think it might be possible for me to request your help in making an instrument or two? I haven't done anything but repairs in a hundred years or so, so I'm sure you're the expert.

She's not entirely certain Austria really has anyone else on her side and Canada hates to think that anyone might feel abandoned or forgotten, especially when they need someone.]
