[Sora'd gone out for a walk today. So much to think about, between her and Xion. But that's the least of her worries, because suddenly, she's aware that she isn't alone. Standing before her is none other than Riku. A girl, mind you, but still Riku. Sora immediately drops the basket she'd brought along in case she'd decided to pick some fruits,

[From what she sees, though, she doesn't like the look of what's going on. So, rather than retreat and let the pair be, she approaches, her stride purposeful. Setting a hand on Sora's shoulder as she reaches the cringing girl's side, she grips her weapon tightly with the other and addresses the silver-haired one.]
I don't know what's going on here, but I think you've said enough.

[Sora just curls up further, trying to block it out. Because it's not just Riku that hurts, it's the reminder of that night and how helpless she was with everything--how in denial she was that Riku had changed.]

[Sora clenches a fist, shaking her head again.]
You're wrong! I tried... I tried to get you out...!

[Her voice isn't as strong as it would be, Spears has twisted something in her that she cannot shake off or pretend isn't there, but Sora...Sora didn't deserve this.]
If you really are her friend, you wouldn't be so hateful.

G-Grell... It's okay.
[Sora's voice is shaky. Very shaky. But... She's got enough of her confidence showing through.]

Sora, she shouldn't say these things!

It's... It's something I need to face. If Riku's mad, I have to figure out why.

Now, don't be so cruel! Even if she did abandon you, that's her right. I'm sure Sora doesn't need a friend like you.

[but when she sees who it is, she stops dead.]
[she'd know that person anywhere, even as a girl.]
R...Riku? You're here--what's going on!?
[she spots Sora's cowering form a moment later, and rushes to her side.]
Sora! Are you hurt!?

[Sora winces at that. What she deserves...? ...Maybe. Still...]
...Can we not do this in front of Xion? She doesn't need to be dragged into this, Riku.
[And yet she'll seek out Xion's hand, squeezing it for strength.]

Don't say that...you tried so hard so that Sora could wake up. You...you're best friends, aren't you?
It's not her fault she ended up here...it was the Queen. But you'll find a way home, I know you will!

So. You decided to ditch me and Kairi for an imitation? No wonder you're so happy here.
That's not true! Xion's not an imitation! She's herself, and no one else!
