[the mirror shows the odd, mismatched house by the lake. There's now a small garden out back, though it wasn't created with magic dirt, but by plain old physical labor. Of course, that's kind of hard to tell by looking at it

I am glad I could put some things to rest, then. [her voice is low, soft, and careful.] I only wish I had been able to prevent it in the first place. It was senseless.

Perhaps. I'd like to think I've done nothing to warrant such a thing. But apparently there are more such...gruesome displays around the Gardens.
