[Saying nothing and paying no attention to who might come across her path, she sets out on foot towards the mansion.]

[Fate was on patrol again, finally. She had been cooped up for a while, trying to cope with the shock of her own death and Nanoha's sudden disappearance. But she's (kind of) gotten over those events (not really), and is now out and about the Gardens again.

Of course, it doesn't take long for her to run into the young vampire.] ... Flandre?

[Stop. Turn around a bit, but not all the way.]

[Fate practically runs over to Flandre, but instead of getting angry or upset or anything like that, she crouches down and begins checking to see if she's hurt or not.]

I was so worried... [She frowns, looking quite concerned.] I heard that the Queen punished you, but nobody knew what exactly happened.

I lost, so I was punished. That's normal, isn't it?

I'm going to go back to my room and not bother anybody.

[Signum may or may not have been paying particular attention to the path from the labyrinth to the mansion, but she's managed to spot Flandre on it now. She stops, in a relaxed pose, to talk to the young vampire.]

[Signum is bad at starting conversations.]
