Bloody Valentine

I think we can all agree that there was NO WAY we could have known that not pampering the flowers would lead to the release of horrible plant monsters. The important thing is to focus on fighting them off rather than on who may have not properly cared for their plant, and to accept that they probably feel terrible about it already.

I get the feeling I missed something here with the flowers.

I have no idea what you're talking about has_a_cult February 15 2011, 20:27:07 UTC
Perhaps. Nothing anywhere near as important as fighting them off!

Alright, fair enough.

What I've got on me just slows them down, but I heard somebody talking about using fire.

Fire. Good. I can work with fire.

To be honest, I was preparing for the pampered flowers to attack.

And people tell me I have a twisted mind.

It's only planning for the worst.

Didn't even touch yours, huh?

How was I supposed to know it would attack! Flowers are normally a very sedentary species!

Not blaming you or anything, just pointing out that you're pretty obvious.

This isn't my proudest moment, no.

... After the monsters and the blizzards and the getting turned into monsters, we really should just do what we're told at this point.

Whatever happened to the unquenchable human spirit and desire for freedom that I keep hearing about?

It's waiting until we know how to get out of here before possibly messing things up.

Fair enough. No sense running your head into the wall. But I draw the line at singing people songs.

Was there some sort of dispute on that issue?

has_a_cult February 15 2011, 21:55:52 UTC
No. Nor should their be.

Then I'm not really getting why this was a necessary broadcast.

By the way, if you need a safe space or something, I've got some torches set up. Though some lighter fluid and/or a lighter might be good to have, if you've got something handy.

Just making sure there's no confusion.

That said a place of sanctuary sounds wonderful. I don't have any lighter fluid, but I DO have some gunpowder. I'm sure you could work out something creative with that.
