I've never been crazy about V-Day either. Never got anything until your father. It's just another day to me.

That's why my husband planted a rose GARDEN for me a few years ago.
Florists are under ENOUGH stress on Valentine's Day. I am NOT adding to it.
and honey, you are the Valentine's gift to the WORLD. Think of it that way!
(And my son and I will send you cookies and a Valentine ourselves next year because we WANT to!)
