Today we have a veg day, because the weekend was paaaacked. The Alaska Native Heritage museum was free on Saturday and since writing club was game, we road-tripped into town.

Okay the cache just looks like a really cool tree house but damn, it's actually for keeping bears away! And those sculptures were AWESOME! The Orca Plane was so detailed! And the Minotaur chains were so badass!

I'm glad you two are enjoying the visit!

RIGHT?? Some years the snow sculptures are better than others--and sometimes they melt before we can get into town to see them and you get to play a game of "...I GUESS this blob is a fish?" But this year was eeeeeexcellent! :DD
