Wow, you're a hardcore camper! That's so awesome! we've had flocks of caribou cross the lake some 200ft from camp I don't even know what to say to that lol. Even if I did accidentally find myself camping, I'd probably only be up against the ~occasional bear sighting at the very most.
How do these blueberry pickers work?

WE ARE REALLY, REALLY NOT. We bring ice cream and full-size gas-powered skillets and we have a Mexican night!

They're sooo amazing, okay, see, the comb part at the top? You literally comb the blueberry bush--the berries are knocked off onto the flat piece of metal, then you tip the whole thing back and they fall into the bucket part. The metal bit is to keep them from spilling out again. PRESTO, OODLES OF BLUEBERRIES :DD

It's not actually the last episode of the season. Apparently Suits is just going on hiatus for a few months so this is actually the mid-season break. (At least that's what tumblr has been telling me). But yeah, so not ready for tomorrow's ep.

Picking blueberries by hand sucks big time... did it as a job for a week before heat and sun glare induced headaches made me quit. Then again the bushes are a bit higher and are pruned to grow up... still a sucky job, that picker looks awesome!!

I'm jealous, we'd be stuck with nasty bugs and critters and dog spit does burn off, as long as you leave it heating over the fire for about 15-20 minutes. Roughly

Oh my god, I can't even imagine how much that would suck. o___o THE PICKER MAKES EVERYTHING SO MUCH EASIER, FFS.

We lucked out this year in regards to bugs--the wind was JUST enough to keep them away from us without being so windy that it knocked all our shit over (which happens more often than we care to remember)
