This weekend is the much anticipated Macho Bocce Ball party ( see this post for details and pictures from last year). THIS YEAR IS TIKI THEMED, and I am excite. :DD

What I need from yoooooou is: a recipe for mai tais

Holy crap have I really been following you for over a year

Having now actually played bocce ball a few times, I appreciate the awesomeness of this activity EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE. ...I may need to steal this idea someday and play Macho Bocce Ball: Hawaii Edition. ......Assuming I can gather together enough friends who actually live in my zip code in order to have a party. T_T

I'm surprised people follow me for more than a week, tbh

I made the mistake of googling Macho Bocce Ball and apparently there is a facebook page made by some random person who claims to have invented the game--who knows, I wouldn't mind so much if their rules weren't "1) 4 men!!1! Well, women can play if you don't have man friends." I'M NOT EVEN KIDDING. Rambling rage-inducing point is, you don't need many friends (manfolk or wimmin friends) to play macho bocce ball! You just need bowling balls! :DD

BUT OH I DEFINITELY WILL HAVE ALL THE FUN :DD Though hopefully not as hungover as last year when i filled up on margaritas instead of food o.O

I practically pissed myself laughing at last year's post. Can't wait to see what your wonderfully crazy family comes up with for shenanigans this year.

*singing* It's the MOST wonderful TIME OF THE YEAR!!!

I weep for the pineapple though. Hopefully it will not be as traumatic or scarring as the episode with the duck. Hopefully you will drink ALLLLL the mai-tais. ALL OF THEM!!!!

I think today the plan is for me to go out shopping for a plastic pineapple. ...Because those are so easy to find in Alaska. BUT I STILL SAY WE SHOULD START THE PARTY OFF RIGHT WITH THE REAL ONE :DDD
