Did you hear about that show a while ago about two cop husbands partners who have been together for years, but recently things have taken a sharp turn for the worst and their chief of police orders them into couples counseling?

This show's police procedure policies are EVEN WORSE THAN HAWAII FIVE-OH.

AND APPARENTLY MORE WITH THE GAY. DID NOT KNOW IT WAS POSSIBLE. I'M SO THERE.

LOL based on endorsements I've made for other shows this is really reeeeally half-assed. "Watch this because it's gay and don't think about it too hard!" is pretty much already their slogan! ;DD

BUT I BET YOU WILL LIKE IT BB :D

LOL. I haven't even watched the show, but I could see the slash in the commercials. Even more so than I saw Sam/Dean in the commercials. And I started reading SPN wincest fanfic before I started watching the show. So, yeah. I totally believe you.

This show is as subtle as a bag full of bricks.

Even the title of the show is slashy. In some states, when a couple has been together for a certain number of years, it's considered a "common law marriage". They didn't even attempt to be subtle. USA has realized that slash is pretty much their bread and butter. And why not? It works. LOL.

Also, guess who I am seeing again in July!?!??! This time, while wearing a bathing suit. And possibly drinking. While in another state. This could either be fucking epic or end up with me in big trouble. O_o

I must admit I first saw this as "a bag full of dicks". XD Which doesn't seem too far off either. XD

LOL. I was wondering if you were going to watch this one. Clearly USA network has found a pattern that works well for them. :)
It's so relaxing to watch a show that doesn't require anyshipping effort on my part. And it's...I dunno, lighter? than other shows. So I don't feel so crazy-invested. (famous last words, I know)
This show's police procedure policies are EVEN WORSE THAN HAWAII FIVE-OH. Haha. SO TRUE.

*happy sigh* Isn't it lovely? I'm sure there was once a time in my life when I didn't watch TV like it was a) a sport, b) my job, but I can't hardly remember. I feel like, yeah, I can feel feels for Travis and Wes while I'm watching, and then afterward? Too much energy. Those crazy kids will work it out. ;D

I found Common Law while trollling the USA site for White Collar and Suits stuff, and almost had a crisis *L* My friends all watch TV like mad, and watch a ton of shows I have never even heard of. And yet, I manage to sidestep all the drek and unerringly find that show that has the two guys in it who are polar opposites and desperately in love with each other. My friends all think I'm the "subtext whisperer" now *L*

Although, as Giles would say, the subtext is rapidly becoming the text!

And as I would say, you can't have the subtext without the buttsex!

LOL I'm pretty sure this show was engineered to give us exactly what we slashfans want--what they don't understand is we like a challenge. Still, it's fun to just sit back and watch something give me the gay on a silver platter. ;D
