Yay! I love this ship. As sarahtales points out, Derek and Stiles are the only useful characters on the show. Lydia has great potential, but she tries to hard to hide how kick-ass awesome she is.

Yuuuuuuup. Part of me wants to like Lydia? But the other part is too freaking annoyed that she's playing dumb just to get boys to like her. *eyetwitch*

It's good writing though, because sadly that's pretty realistic. She manages to be pretty awesome when no one's looking, though, which is a plus and a nice break from the useless-cheerleader-type clishe. I have high hopes for Lydia this coming season.

Mostly for the second season I'm worried that one of the new pretties will get in the way of my otp. And I really hope we get to see Derek with a little pack, getting less grumpy and healing.

So I may or may not be going through this list one by one in an order that really awkwardly shows exactly where my priorities lie. To wit:

1) I love Klu, so I'll read the one she tells me I have to read. 2) Ohhhh, twentysomething! 3) OMG MUSICIAN AU.

I'm not sure which one I'm going to read after I finish Words Like Sparks, but knowing me the threesome fic is probably gonna win the day. I should really go back to watching S2 though. But it's neat to read these without getting too far ahead of the canon they were working with.

Yeah, I haven't read much tw fic that's been written/posted since season two started--mostly because I got so used to the end-of-season-one-everything-is-perfect-and-domestic-what-angst-where fics ;3
