change your password and clean out your spam folder. also, clear your browser history. yes, it will erase any saved passwords you might have but it will prolly also help clean out the junk. also, delete your cookies. if you dont know how to that, let me know and i can essplain. also i bet you can google "how do i delete my cookies" and you'll find it
