The bastards played Inception on telly at 1.10am last night. When I'm working today. UGH. I managed to watch up to Arthur's Scary Driving Face TM, so cute when he's concerned for his Eamesie -- and then I passed the fuck out. WHY, HBO. WHYYYYYY. I console myself with the thought that they'll be repeating it a few times in the coming days. Also I kind of scared myself by being able to quote half the script by half, and the filthy grin/noise combination that Eames' appearance caused.

years ago in India, with the bollywood dancers and the fire breather and the crazy MC who kept shouting at us, "CLAP SO THEY WILL GET BETTER."

We stayed in (the sis, bff and myself) and watched our new "Lucy, Daughter of the Devil" dvds, played a movie trivia game and then watched a bad movie and mocked it and then stayed up for an extra hour discussing SHIELD and its awesome powers of Awesome.

LOL Well, to be fair that and the Scotland one have been my ONLY exciting New Years. If we're in Alaska we might go out to dinner and then watch movies until midnight; if we're in Wisconsin we get roped into going to the Quaker New Year's party, where the only entertainment is boardgames and watching this one woman insist on dancing with my uncle even though he is a) gay, b) married c) to a man. And there's no alcohol, because Quakers don't drink. 8|

Your New Years sounds like the paramount of excitement compared to that.
