THAT ONE WITH THE FOOTBALL, OH MY GOD. That just makes me want a fic where Danny and Steve decide to play catch because Steve does relaxing really, really badly, and Danny is seriously going to kill him one day, he is, he really is, because he's like a badly trained puppy, all this energy, all wound up. But fine, whatever, fine, he takes Steve outside because he can indulge in some good old fashioned catch as well as the next guy, only Steve gets too into it and tackles him to the ground and Danny is annoyed for a split second, until they end up in THAT position and oh, okay, Danny sees what's happening here, and he'll go along for this ride.

And the thing that makes it worse, right, is that even though there's only two of them Steve insisted on skins vs. shirts, and Danny somehow wound up skins (he doesn't know how that happened). But Steve is just--everywhere, and his shirt rucks up against Danny's belly as Steve settles over him more firmly, eyes blown black and mouth parted wide.

"Danno--" Steve starts.

But Danny is not having this conversation with Steve fully clothed, and his hands lock in the hem of Steve's shirt and drag it up over his head, thighs wrapping up around Steve's hips on instinct.

Or Steve and Danny only Danny is standing on a box or maybe JUMPING IN THE AIR Yeah, he's got his win-arms up because touchdown, that's how you do it Jersey style and then BAM! Arms full of Steve.

I am totally down with the Merlin AU too, though. Hell, I'm apparently pretty damn easy for tackly-win-arms-kisses.
