Alright, fine. Jeez, Brad. No talking, no radio...

So yesterday I completely depressed myself thining about a fic that I haven't even written yet. That is SAD, people! But I was listening to the lyrics to Hurricane by the Hush Shound and fuck, it's like Greta is singing about the angstiest Brad/Ray/Nate fic POSSIBLE. Check it out -

Greta, stop singing about my angsty threesome fantasies, please! )

generation kill, hush sound, we_pimpin, st kilda, footy

Real life Siegfried, you say? Did he come complete with guilt/martyrdom complex and daddy issues? :P

What I really want to know is if she stole his Soul Edge :D

He can keep his soul edge, what I really want is Ivy's Valentine. A sword that turns into a whip? So freaking cool.

Hahaha, touche. But no, he was about three years old. He just wandered past my shop, a small boy child with long blond hair and a giant blow-up sword that was a good thirty centimetres taller than him, tucked under his arm. It was comically out of proportion, and it looked exactly like the Seigfried and his giant sword. I totally cracked up. :D

Noooooo. You can't do this to me! Now I'm not going to be able to listen to Hurricane without thinking about this!

Sorry! I do that all the time with songs. Pretty much all of One by One by the Foo Fighters is about Sam and Dean to me, heh.

I am so glad that I'm not the only one who pops in Generation Kill for a pick me up after a shitty day. I used to worry about myself, you know. Who watches a show about carnage and a never-ending shit for brains war in the middle-east TO FEEL BETTER? I guess, we do! :P Its good to know there are other people who do the same. ;D

Oh, totally. And it IS weird, but it works so I'm gonna go with it. I guess we're all so attached to our boys by now, hanging out with them for an hour feels good instead of heart-breaky like it would for most people.

I totally roll with it. Idk how many nights I've fallen asleep to the sound of an M4 or an AK in the background. :p

Sorry to but in, but I totally do this too. For me, it's the therapeutic levels of swearing. And the same themes as Season 4 of the Wire, without the anxiety-attack-inducing side effects. (War = fine, working w/ kids = not fine. IDEK.)

So, um, you are not alone in your insanity use of GK as therapy.

I swear to god, I had like the exact same idea, except, it's the other way round. Nate as the drama-stirring ex lover and Ray will be all like, "Chill, Brad. It's all good. We'll just get the LT into our bed, see? It's big enough. I knew it was a good idea to have sprung for the king-sized one."

:D

I'm glad you're doing it though, I severely doubt I could pull it off. And this fic needs to be written. \o/ can't wait!!!

YOU SHOULD WRITE IT. We can have opposite sides of the same coin! It'd be fun. Also, your idea seems way happier and less head-in-the-oven depressing than mine. except, I know mine will have a happy ending. I can't play my boys like that :(

I am on my lunch break, but I totally read your story and OH MY FUCKING GOD. I will give a proper review when I get home tonight but for now? OH MY FUCKING GOD. You rock!
