Notice the "YUM!"

OOOOOoooOOoOOOOooooo!! Pearl Jam are remastering and remixing 'Ten', which is, like, one of my favourite albums EVER. When I was 15 I listened to that, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness by the Pumpkins, Nevermind by Nirvana and Live Through This by Hole, like nonstop. Ocassionally I'd put on some Veruca Salt to mix things up a little. BUT. I ( Read more... )

In our screening, we were sitting next to some girl and her boyfriend, and when it's revealed that Edward's been coming in through her window to watch her sleep, the guy says out loud, "WEIRDO!" And we all crack up. YEP.

Our last party had a musical theme of 1991. It was awesome.

'91 was a pretty awesome year. Nevermind and Gish both came out - ooh, I just looked it up, RHCP, U2, Soundgarden, Metallica, all in '91. Cool.

Edward was so socially inept it was hilarious. Creepy sparklepire!

Heh! Twihards? I love it!

I am likely off to see the movie this weekend. My best friend enjoyed the books for what they were - entertaining enuf - and we're off to see if the movie is too. I guess you're saying it is? :)

Enertaining enuf, that's it exactly. Looking for depth in the books makes me want to cry (because the depths are scary anti-feminist mormon fantasies), but on the surface they're pretty good - if hilarious - reads, and the movie is much the same :D Enjoy!

OK, one Twilight movie consumed. Verdict? Definitely entertaining. Dumb too in parts, and Kirsten/Kristen whatsi? SO ANNOYING. But RPattz? Way cuter in the movies than in any of the stills/pix I've seen from the movie. So, win/win!

oh my god! I laughed so much during that movie I cried. I hated the book and hated the movie and I loved hating both of them so, so much. I think my favourite bit was when Edward decided to demonstrate how scary he was, what a monster, by bouncing up the mountain and glittering, less like a diamond, more like a gay boy after a night out.

also: HI HI HI HI HI! it has been ages! I fell off lj. how are you??

HELLOOOOOOOOO! How are you, my dearest? It's been approx FOREVER.

I didn't want to get set upon by rabid Twihards, so I kept my mirth to subtle chortling - except for the apple-juice incident, which was def. NOT subtle. Edward makes me so happy, in that "I love to mock you SO MUCH, my little twinklepire, come here and let me ruffle your stupid hair" kind of way. I want to stab Bella in the face, though, while screaming at her to get a damn spine.

But that's a whole 'nother rant.

GOOD TO SEE YOU BACK. Stick around, beeyatch.
