So long as it's a healthy fixation, why the fuck not? Exercise and good food is good for the brain, so as long as you approach it in a positive way. I could do with shedding a good six stone myself, so let me know how you get on with the wii-fit if you use it- i'm wondering if one would help me.

Oh the WII fit is worth it alone, just for the joy of watching your loved ones make idjits of themselves, Mr Q trying to hula hoop (he can't do it...not if his live depended on it) is a guilty pleasure.

But wise words, healthy fixation = good.

I guess you have to look at mental health holistically, sensible eating and exercise (releasing all those En Dolphins in the brain) will make Queenie a poster child for health and well being.

I think work will be fine once I'm back in the saddle.

I'd request joining you in the bellydancing, but alas not practical with two littleys in tow.... so any chance you could rip or whatever the technical term is.. of the belly dancing dvd?

I'm 13st 5 at moment darlin, heaviest I've ever been too but Rob says it suits me better cause I am evened out now, before my boobs were too big for my body lol

The wii fit is fun but I'm lazy and only watch half the time :p

It's funny how the boys don't mind a few extra pounds. The WII is so much fun. May have to get Sol involved in a WII session too.
