Please write "Lodine" with a capital L, especially when you are listing a patient's allergies. Since lowercase l's and capital I's look similar, especially in sans serif fonts (and few people add serifs to their handwriting), when you write "lodine," it looks like "Iodine." In addition, since Lodine is a brand name, it is more correct to spell it ( Read more... )

It is not helpful to list your referring physician as "Dr. Smith." As unbelievable as it sounds, there is more than one. Also, if your doctor's last name sounds in any way Scandavian (e.g., if it ends in "son" or "sen") you can pretty much bet that there's more than one doctor with that last name as well.

Do you really think that sending me multiple copies of essentially the same flyer is going to convince me to vote for you? I mean, do you really think people who are undecided after the first two flyers are going to suddenly say, "THREE flyers? Wow, he must be really dedicated and committed!"
