Such a good ep, I totally agree! Loved how Sam really didn't want Dean to go, and how he was willing to let 'Cas' use his soul to power Dean's return. Delphine was awesome, and didn't Dean look fantastic in a uniform *g* (actually, I thought he looked a bit bulkier. Maybe he's been working out?)
Misha is also absolutely knocking it out of the park with his channeling of Mark/Lucifer.

I have a feeling that we haven't seen the last of the Thule. Maybe they'll be the next big bad?

I'd love to see the Thule return. Mainly because I really want Adam Rose back for at least one episode :)
