I haven't gone out of the house all week and I'm feeling kind of restless. I keep meaning to get out and do stuff, but then I just keep staying in. At least I've been somewhat productive? I finished a new print nobody will ever buy...actually it's kind of an oldish picture, but I liked it enough that I colored it, and I think it looks pretty nice.

If I was that girl you just mentioned here from last A-kon (2007), then hi! I'm a friend of K'Arthur's and I saw that she posted a link to some art of yours, and I totally recognized that picture of Arshtat and Ferid in your gallery because I have it! I was in the alley with you that year, but I wasn't there this year. I draw mermaids and fairies with rainbow wings. I also love Suikoden bunches and bunches.

Good luck selling your commissions. I'm in a similar boat too, trying to see if I can get some to help with moving costs. Let's hope it's a good month for commissions! I find that November is good for last-minute holiday gifts, but summertime is often full of too many artists and not enough commissioners...

When all else fails, try putting up a commission on ebay, if they still allow those. I got some solid commissions that way. In fact, that's how K'Arthur first found me a million years ago! Just be aware that sometimes you will get creeps, but that's not much different from conventions.

Hmm...maybe I should try that. e-bay kinda scares me for some reason. I'm not even sure how to list things. :x But I think I can handle creeps pretty well, I did that commission for victorian bondage man after all. XD
