It's been five months since I've started gymming again, so I decided it was time for progress shots. (I thought it had been six months but judging by my " before" post, apparently not. Oh well.)

When I was taking these photos I was thinking, "meh, I guess I'll do this even though there's not much of a change." Uhh. Before shots come in handy.

Feeling better is the best part (in my opinion). Congrats on the progress and sticking with it. The hardest part is often building a routine (well... for me anyway).

I don't remember what time of day you said you were going to the gym, but I go in the mornings and on days I don't go, I find myself feeling like a zombie.... wasn't sure if you've noticed the same sorta thing with your routine.

Keep up the great work!

(ps. I'm sure my typing and sentences probably read a little weird... typing one-handed on a "natural" keyboard while holding Link so he can watch steam trains on YouTube LOL)
