Your take on future movies?

I saw the Furious 7 a week ago, and I must say that I was trying very hard to hold back tears over the final scene.
But given the circumstances, it sorta brings along a question - to see future ones or not.
Personally, for me the series is over. But I'm interested in what you think.

It would have been fitting to end the series there, but if they keep doing them (which seems to be the plan), I will keep seeing them.

I do not completely rule it out but won't be in any hurry to see them. The saga as it was, starting from the first film, is over for me (at least it had a good ending in Furious 7). If I watch the new films out of curiosity, I would see them as generic action flicks that happen to involve some of the same actors/characters, and would watch for the action and adrenaline rather than for the underlying character stories; with the films to date it has been both.

Haven't seen 7 yet, but I already know I won't see any future films in the series (unless Carter Verone comes back). As I've said before, F&F is NOT F&F without Paul Walker. If they're smart they'll end it here.

Oh, I definitely feel the same way. I would love to see Carter come back, there are just some loose ends that need tying. I mean, surely he will be able to get out of jail, right?

And looks like they're now wanting to bring Eva Mendes back. At first, it would make me shudder, but since I don't plan to see any future ones, then they can just do it, I don't care. Though I think that if they're smart, they would end the series.

I will be seeing the other movies, but I probably will not see them in the theater. I'll either redbox or netflix them.

My mother and I both agreed that in our minds the F&F saga ended with this movie. I'm sure future movies will be awesome. Just not the same feel.
Even after seeing this awesome installment,my favorite is still Fast Five!
