The first week of my marathon training! I was torn between using Hal Higdon's Novice Marathon 1 or 2 plan, but eventually settled on Novice 2. I like doing some pace runs during the week, and I like that the long runs start longer, and spend more weeks at the higher mileages (14-20 miles).
So, for this week:

I recently tried Honey Stinger Gold gels and they are pretty OK. Like eating, well, honey.
