Odd occurences

Think on this: I'm driving down the highway this morning, at about 60 mph. I have the road to myself, listening to the radio, planning my day. Then I look in the rear view mirror and notice that a small silver car has somehow appeared out of nowhere, right behind me. I mean less than 15 feet away, and closing. I've seen him in person actually (well, in a several thousand person stadium where he was speaking), and he's almost grandmotherly: calm, kind, pleased to see whoever he's talking to, a little difficult to understand...

That's exactly why it's so scary to be tailgated by a monk. Something is clearly wrong with the world in that case, and even if I have no idea what it is, I sure don't want to be involved.
