[Takes off his jacket and pulls it around her, frowny face. He looks up at her once he's made sure it's snug around her shoulders.]

My magic can, easily... And there's plenty of other places I can take heat from if I need to.

*She sort of snuggles into Lelouch to leech off his body heat. She pretty clearly means 'If she gets cold, she can stab someone and steal their heat that way'.*
