It is rather lovely and aching and horrifying, though. If all things have a light side, after all...

Sora's light is so bright that you just know that the stuff lurking beneath she surface has got to be a squillion times more terrifying than anything that Xehanort ever thought of. At least I like to think so!

Wow, nice. <3 Althought for some reason, it's really hard for me to picture Sora any older than, say, twenty. xx I think it's because most anime characters don't age well. ^^: But I loved the story, the twist, the images. That image of Roxas suddenly grinning with sharp teeth was awesome; I felt my stomach drop like Sora's did. Very interesting, round ficlet, yep yep. Keep it up! :D

I have a hard time imagining him older too, but I like the idea of him being this embittered, emotionally shellshocked guy as a result of years and years of doing what he does. It kinda makes sense if you look at the old guys in the KH-verse - Ansem, Xehanort and Eraqus all seem like they've been through the wringer.

Roxas with sharp teeth was my favorite part of the whole thing. Heehee.
