At the end of the day, he’d wipe the makeup off.  He scrubbed his face until it burned and his flannel was smeared with lipstick.  He hated the lipstick most, but that’s what all of them wanted.

“Put on the lipstick and get pretty for daddy.”  He sang it to himself sometimes just because he’d heard it so many fucking times.

I REALLY liked this one. <3 The concept kind of bugged me, just because I'm not a huge fan of making characters unwilling prostitutes in any form. ^^; But your writing was really gorgeous. <3 You had a great tone through the whole thing, and really vivid descriptions. And, of course, I love the concept of little Demyx killing innocent birds X3 (and his singing amused me greatly

^^:; Well, now I feel like a bona fide idiot for mucking up my own fic. XD I'm glad you said something though - I sometimes forget that the author's "presentation" of the story is almost as important as the actual content and writing itself. I often end up posting these things so late at night when I'm tired that I do stupid things like... SPOIL THE WHOLE STORY IN MY AUTHORS NOTES, wtf. *slaps forehead* Or, even worse, do the despised "PLZ R&R" thing that you pointed out
