Tatsuya blinked once then twice before opening his eyes wide.
“What are you doing?” he asked in a manner of confusion rather than shock.
“Isn’t it obvious? Undressing you”.
And without still fully unknotting what’s happening he lifted both his hands in the air so Junno could get his shirt off, and then he asked, “and why are you undressing me?”
Junno snickered, “do you need to ask? It’s to do that of course”.
“Do 'that' what exactly?” Tatsuya replied, raising his hips for Junno to now remove his pajama pants.
“What do you mean by ‘what’? We’ll be doing, you know… that”, Junno answered with a funny grin, “we’ll get all wet and nice”.
By then, Tatsuya was only left in his undershorts, “want me to remove that too?’ Junno asked, his lips curving into a smile of morning sweetness.
“huh huh” Tatsuya nodded in reply, already feeling his body heating.
“You’re burning up, Uepi”, because yes, Junno’s fingertips were like matchsticks setting Tatsuya on fire, “maybe a cold bath then?”
Tatsuya stared at Junno as if he heard something but wasn’t quite sure about what he’d heard, “a bath?” he asked.
“Or a cold shower. Which do you prefer?”
“A shower?”
“Yeah. That might be better”.
Tatsuya shook his head from left to right, still trying to fill the gap within their conversation, “you want to shower first?” he asked.
Checking the wall clock, “you might be right”, Junno replied, “we may not have enough time”.
Tatsuya hummed then cooed in every shade of sweetness as he said, “well, aren’t you in a hurry?”
“Well of course. Last time I nearly got my butt chewed”.
Tatsuya startled a bit from Junno’s reply, “I know at times it can get a lil… you know… a bit wild, but it’s nothing you’ve never enjoyed”.
At this remark, Junno stopped and asked, “you find being pushed about and nagged at enjoyable?”
“Nagged at? Is that how you truly feel?”
“What else is there to feel when the manager just won’t shut up about it?”
With one foot in the shower and Junno watching from his behind, Tatsuya asked, “Junno, let's start over. What are we talking about?”
Junno looked at him like he’s an unsolved puzzle, and replied, “are you still sleeping or have you forgotten? We’ve a team meeting at the office in an hour”. And when Tatsuya looked at him as if he’s somewhere floating in space struggling as gravity suddenly grabbed hold and was pulling him, Junno added, “ok, that’s it! A cold shower will definitely wake you up”.
“Wait! Junno! Aren’t you---”
“Huh?”
And Tatsuya babbled, “aren’t you… I mean… well I thought that… that… you and I… what’s really going on?”
And it’s only then Junno really understood what’s busy taking up Tatsuya’s mind, and he wickedly smirked at it and replied with, “you naughty lil thing. What are you thinking about first thing in the morning?”
A flush as pale as the last of sunset fading, embered on Tatsuya’s face, “well that too would’ve been nice”, he grumbled, turning on the shower and shivering at the cold.
Junno laughed. Scandalous and unforgiving. But then he leaned over and pressed his warm lips against Tatsuya’s cooling skin, “don’t worry, Sweetpea. The day has only just started”, he whispered with a bite to Tatsuya’s shoulders, “which means that when we get back, I daresay, I promise to eat you fully”.
But Junno spoke too soon.
For at that moment, Tatsuya turned around and it was like Adam and Eve and Lucifer and that tempting garden all over again, when Tatsuya’s body opened up and bloomed before Junno like a perfect field of morning glories mingled with red buds of wild berries.
Junno salivated, dripping wet from the mouth down and poking Tatsuya in his backside, “well…”, he murmured low, deep and sinfully, “we should at least have breakfast”.
