Sesame Street's 40th Anniversary

Yesterday was Sesame Street's 40th Anniversary and it seems like everyone is getting in on the act, even Google! Today, I went on Sesame Street's YouTube channel and gathered as many of my favorite classic clips as I could find. Ooh! I don't have time to watch right now, but I'm definitely coming back! I love old-school Sesame Street. :-)

A definite oversight on my part! (Left over from a time that I was worried about the length of this post, I guess.) That is now fixed! :-)

Sesame Street has well over 400 videos loaded on their YouTube channel. Not all that many when you take 40 years into consideration, but still. I was delighted to see they had a lot of classic clips loaded. (You may have noticed the lack of Elmo in my clip selection.) There were still missing a few I love.

I know, right? Jim Henson's influence is so strongly felt, especially in the early clips.
