This week has been really hard on me..My grandfather died Monday. We were suppose to be up there and see him the next day...thats what we were planning on but then again carefully laid plans arent as good right? I'm so sorry about your grandpa. All of my grandparents died a long time ago, with the exception of my mom's mother and stepfather. It was devastating to me when my dad's mother died, because we had been so close. I couldn't believe that she was gone.

Now, as you know, I've been pretty much disowned by my mother's family. I miss her stepfather, because he was the only grandfather I ever knew, and I loved him dearly. It's not quite the same as what you're going through, but I know the sense of loss. My prayers are with you.
