the crazy psycho neighbor apparently got tazed and arrested last night. (again) i have no idea how i managed to miss this, but am glad i did as i'm indescribably tired of this guy. i'd seen him earlier in the day, up on his balcony and walking home from the store - wearing a bright orange santa hat. it was nothing if not surreal

Knocking on my door with a strange, silent, staring man behind you and telling me I was too noisy with my humming was one thing.

When I told her it wasn't me she could hear she started looking all wide eyed and nodding slowly as she said, 'No, it was - I heard you'

Then she knocked on my door when my neighbour downstairs died of a heart attack and informed me that she thought it was murder and wanted to know how scared I was (WTF!!!!)
