Notes in Lunch

While preparing for Be a Kid Day I have found out that neither Julie, Heather nor airelin ever got notes in their lunches. This baffles me. As a kid I always got a note, either in my lunch or written on my banana or in my folder on the days when I was having hot lunch. But I always had a note. So, I am wondering now, is this just because I had such a hard

I got them on occasion, not all the time though.

I never got notes, but I didn't think much about it. It all depends on the parenting style, I believe, and everyone is different. No worries! ^_^

I knew people who got notes in their lunches from parents, but the only time I ever did was when my mom left me tax returns to check in a folder under my lunch. Or, more accurately, in a folder under a bottle of diet coke, with some cash paper clipped to it. We weren't big on the whole bag lunch deal.
