Been calling it a "Level One Diagnostic" instead of a "Diet" b/c its more fun that way. And I have taken several foods offline to systematically study my reactions to later. Unless my food-allergy test on Friday pinpoints things to avoid in a more accurate manner

If your doctor wants you to use Armour Thyroid, tell him/her to go fuck themself. There are wonderful synthetic versions. (Also, Armour has a problem with being backordered into eternity.)

Is Armour one of those treatments made with animal glands? I'd already heard that those aren't so great, b/c its difficult to determine how much hormone actually made it into the dosage. And with synthetics they always know how much is in 'em. So ya, if it comes down to it, synthetics pls.

Yes. Armour is dessicated pig thyroid. It's the only non-synthetic thyroid hormone on the market in the US. I have to take 2 different thyroid prescriptions (Synthroid and Cytomel), 3-4 pills a day, but fuck no, I'm not taking Armour.
