i don't know if a tea snob would use one of these, but a practical tea drinking person like me loves a magic tea maker: http://www.dragonwater.com/product_detail.tf/632_magic_tea_maker.html

Ha ha ha, I corrupted yooooo-ou!

I loves me some Russian Caravan. It's a blend of Lapsang Souchong and Keemun, and is smoky-tasting and perfect with some cream and sugar. Lots of coffee drinkers like Russian Caravan as well, so pick some up for yourself while you are at the Fancy Tea Store.

John got us tix to see Tom Waits in Memphis!! Happy anniversary to us.

I'm trying to avoid becoming a tea snob myself, so I'm probably not the ideal person to ask. That said, maybe buy him a Teastick? I'm told that it's not open enough for certain teas, but I think that more of the appeal lies in the design, and in the way it facilitates making single cups of loose-leaf teas.

Also, I don't suppose it would help you to observe that those same stewardesses wrote at least one other book.
