I so don't get why people have such hate on for Rose. I completely shipped Rose/Ten. I was a big blubbery MESS for several of their scenes. I <3 Rose. She's still my favorite companion, although Donna runs a close second.

I think some people's Rose issue is that she's "special," when she seems on the surface to be not so very special at all. Mary Sue-ism, self-insert for RTD, etc. I like her because she's incredibly realistic for her age, and she's very relatable, but that's also why I like Donna, too. :)

Exactly. What makes Rose special is the fact that she's not special. She's everything a person can and should be--not more or less. Which is exactly why 10 fell for her. He loves everything about the human race. All of which absolutely = Rose.

Yes. Absolutely! The Rose/Doctor ship has, without a doubt, been the most shipped thing I've been on board with. Seriously, I still swoon when I think of Rose/Doctor!
