Is anyone still watching Journeyman? I miss it. Watch with Kristin keeps supposedly hearing rumors of its demise (and the demise of Bionic Woman, too, which I really wouldn't care about even though I'm still watch it). But Journeyman and Pushing Daisies are my favorite new shows, and JM keeps establishing fun new elements of its canon that I really ( Read more... )

"Oh no, I couldn't possibly crawl under this debris, I guess I'll just explode!"

Well, we didn't see her NOT get out, so she still might have. I just personally think she won't make it out alive as Niki... *dun dun dun*

If you try desperately to ignore the existence of Quantum Leap, then Journeyman is really pretty fascinating. And I'm being a bad QL fan by admitting that I think JM is a superior show quality-wise. QL could be very heavy-handed with its moral lessons more often than not.

I can't believe they left Mohinder alive again.

I like Mohinder, but I agree he acts like a doofus quite frequently. That MIGHT be why I like him, or I might like him in spite of that. I'm not sure. ;)

What Hiro did to Adam was horrifying.

Hiro=Connor...? Adam's gonna need serious blood packets after his summer at the bottom of the ocean. *heh*

I'm thinking more that the fact that people seem to have negative memories of QL might have hurt its chances.

I think QL backlash is a relatively new phenomenon, isn't it? Or is it? It's hard to know, since that's a pre-internet fandom.

Were we the only ones that started singing the Popeye theme song during the Volume 3 teaser at the end of Heroes?

I was doing that in my head. ;)

GAH!! I forgot to DVR last nights TinMan. I did enjoy the first part though, the dystopic vision of the new O.Z. was cool. I was hoping things don't fall apart in last nights episode (and hoping they're doing a reply tonight)

I think what's on tonight is another new episode, but I'm pretty sure they'll rerun last night's beforehand. :)

I've been watching Journeyman, but admittedly I'm having some trouble following it. I do like it, though, which means it's doomed.

*slaps Peter around* Dude. You have Claire's powers. And Adam's powers. Use your blood to heal your brother.

Well, yeah, I also feel like because I like it, it'll be axed. ;)

Re: Peter, does he know if Claire's blood heals, though? I can never keep straight who knows what. Like, for example, I was confused that Matt didn't seem to know Hiro.

Yeah, I know -- I need a score card of who knows whom! Hmm, I don't believe Peter knows directly, but knowing what Adam could do, he could assume?

Wait, this is Peter we're talking about. ;)

Mmmm.... X-Files. I need to buy the DVDs. I used to have every episode... recorded on blank tapes with the VCR.

*shifty eyes*

Um, also, I never went to an X-Files convention. Never ever.

I got the wristbands! Thank you! I gave the second one to my coworker, who is also a writer, and he was very excited about it. :)
