Hey! You! (*grabbing and twirling you*) So good to see you surfacing here! I join you in the not-gettingness of bandslash (I am benevolent, but bemused), and I would love to hear more about the complexities of lawyering, any time you felt like posting more about it (or about anything whatsoever, in fact).
I'm sorry bandslash is leaving you feeling hobbled. :(
Re: Firefly fic: You have read cherryice's The Past and Pending, right? It's post-Serenity, and forget Firefly, it's one of the most gorgeous pieces of prose I've ever read.

but I am so very happy you are posting again - for some weird, inexplicable reason you have been on my mind a lot the last few days. It's been enough to make me worry about you :)
You know, the bandslash thing whizzes over my head too. Ah, those young folks and their strange ways.
I hope you enjoy Life on Mars because IMO it's one of the best things to come out of Britain, ever. Also, you watch Midsomer Murders. *hearts* John Nettles' voice is so very soothing. He can police me any day.

The latest OST song I've been obsessed with that I thought you might enjoy: "The Painted Veil", Alexandre Michel Desplat et al. (The Painted Veil OST)
Anyway, how have you been? You've been missed, at least from this corner of fandom. [hugs you]

I am absolutely feeling you on the bandslash, so we'll just sit over here in our chairs on the front porch and read dS, mmmkay?
