WMC - Behind the Scenes - Virtual season 2...3?

Feb 20, 2009 19:25

From the moment it began the WMC Virtual Season took us on one mind-blowing ride after another. Now, thanks to the generosity of the  VS crew, we get to have a look at the inner workings of the Virtual Season and how each episode came together

But first one crucial question must be asked.

Will there be a third season? )

Very cool.

"What mattered most was bringing back the friendship that exists among these women. That was sorely lacking in those final episodes. The producers missed the point completely. We didn’t tune in to watch the club solve a murder. We tuned in to watch Lindsay, Jill, Cindy and Claire be there for each other as they tried to solve a murder. I think in some way, we all wanted to be a part of their club."

Word IB! :D And you guys nailed it. Screw ABC. They fucked it up royally.

I'm sorry i didn't manage to give fb on the last episode ( being hospital bound for pnuemonia royally sucks!), i read it just before reading the interviews. All the episodes just made me fall more in love with WMC then i had to begin with. I never got to see the show on TV, by the time i got done with the homework for my course studies the show was over for the night. I was introduced to it through writers like you on Passion & Perfection. and when i heard you'd be starting the VS i just had to read every one of them. I know i said this in one of my comments but i'm sorry to have had this VS end, but now can't wait for the mini to arrive and VS3 to begin.

You ladies gave me sanity during midterms and the insanity of being back in school after 20 yrs out of it. For that i thank you. It was nice to know i was right about muffin man as well ( heh)

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to bringing this to us , the realizism , the awesome artwork, and the escape from RL that some of us need.
