Well fun and games with Blizzard.  Apparently a permanent ban isn't a permanent ban after all!
My account got the hack from a gold squad, some of my gear is gone but nothing too serious.

DING 58 though, so back on track minus a few bits of gear and a little of my own hair, but hey, that's not unusual pushing 30 right?
