I love A/H sap and the WAFF it produces. There just isn't enough WAFF in this world! :) Therefore, I love this chapter. Plus, Hephaistion is the first to marry a royal Persian princess. Perfect! And I love the Companions' confusion and Craterus' and Eumenes' being disturbed by all this. Now let's hope Parysatis bears a stunning-looking child.

I thought the "I want kiss too!" was just an adorable picture - Alexios sleepily watching his papas kissing (I wish I were Alexios there). What next for A/H, Alexios/Ochus? Please update soon!!

You continue to learn well, young Jedi. Therefore, you get my weird Star Wars icon.

Oh course the kid is going to be gorgeous. If I could draw, I would make a picture of that scene. I'll have less time to write with summer school (although more sanity), but hopefully the next part won't take quite as long.

And I do love this SW icon of yours. Both the actual scene and your icon are classic - for different reasons, of course. Btw, did you know that in the new DVD of ESB, Luke doesn't yell out his girly scream any more as he is falling? He simply - and quietly - lets go. Much more dignified and powerful.

Dude, really? But... but... but the whole reason that scene was classic was the girly, dorky scream! I love the dorkage!

Thank you. I don't usually read stories in them with kids either since they're usually just about how cute the kids are. But I hope I've managed plots, and problems for the kids to face.

This was very nice. I like your version of history and look forward to Heph getting a daughter from his royal princess. Both Craterous and Eumanes are too envious and really need to mind their business and keep out of Heph's and the King's. Update soon.

Thank you. Heph Jr. (and I'm going to call her that for now even though she's a girl) will have her father's thighs. And Craterus and Eumenes will cause problems in the future, hence why they get cameos now. I hope to update soon.

I like this chapter! Very sweet and nice. An interesting AU. The idea of Hephaestion marrying Parisatydes is original and curious: will there be also Dripetys in your fic? I'd like to know more about Hartaserses. The picture of Alexander and Hephaestion quietly watching the sleeping children is sweet. I like your stories!
May you friend me so I can read your updates?

Thanks. I'll admit that coraldawn came up with the idea of Hephaistion marrying Parysatis, so give her the credit. I haven't decided yet if Drypetis will happen.

If you just want to watch this community (and not my personal journal) then you are free to join. But I'll friend you if you want to hear me ramble aimlessly. Either way, I almost never friends lock anything, so it's probably not necessary. But thank you; I think you're a cool person whom I'd like to have friended.

I hope it doesn't sound TOO much like your own. Although, if I may quote Ecclesiastes, there is nothing new under the sun. So we can't help but write in ways that are vaguely similar. I'm certainly not copying you on purpose.

I'm glad you like the story, Nicky.
