So, the Tetris movie

There's going to be a Tetris movie, it's going to have an 80 million budget, and... it's planned to be part of a trilogy.

Does anybody here understand that? Or can figure out what it'd actual be about?

That's pretty astounding - surely we're not done with gaming properties to turn into movies, if that's what we're up to. But here we are, I guess.

The weird thing is movies based on games-with-plot is still widely untapped (there's *one* attempted RPG, a few survival horrors, some fighting games)- and yet we're getting Tetris.
