Talmudic Question of the Week

I'd assume tax or whatnot is included in the quote. But what the heck do I know about taxes... nevermind car work??? I've taken my car for 2 estimates out here because I'm leaking coolant. Both places say its about an 800 dollar job (one needs my car a week- the other a day- and in the end my car is worth 750... and I'm gonna wait on the entire project!) I'd be quite ticked off if after ringing it all through that 800 dollar job turned into 1000... incase I do need to get the work done. I'm trying to wait another month or so and get some sort of used new car. I really never thought about tax when it comes to car estimates... I'm sure that's more his problem then yours- because he gave you a quote and in a quote I think it should include the entire price. Ok I'm done rambling!
