I seriously feel this you-induced overload of pre-revolution UK/US... everything feels so bittersweet, which is pretty much what their relationship is, and I love how you can pull off Arthur being snooty and yet having this deep affection for Alfred. And just. OMG, you do the dynamics of this pairing great justice.

Thank you so much! The dynamic between these two is so interesting to me, but it's sort of exhausting to write, since they're both so wrapped up in repressing their feelings, and power games, and America never really thinks about what he's really thinking, and England won't let himself think about what he's really thinking. They need to go on a talk show or something and Confront their Issues.

A-a talk show asljkd; I can just imagine it starting of with UK being all ':\\\\' and US being all "XDDD" and then slowly as the host starts to press their buttons, they get like, "I HATE YOU, OLD MAN!" and "YOU WERE UNGRATEFUL AS A COLONY AND YOU STILL ARE." It will either end in tears or them cursing each other out and wtf XD
