March 3rd and 4th, so they go on sale on the store right after.

No, the Snow Festival is usually just a weekend. The DEARS trips abroad are the (near) week long ones.

I probably will, but I need to see the delivery dates before I commit 100% - I like to let people know when they're likely to receive things when they're paying me money!

If the worst happens, the post office keeps hold of packages for two weeks so I can always rearrange delivery when I get back.
