(have heard that leo palace is generally quite nice if small - though I've also heard they have loft apartments that are bigger too??)

Although my current apartment is privately rented, I have been in some Leo Palace apartments and they're cute.

You can have a look yourself, their site lists all of the apartments they have available - http://www.leopalace21.com/. This is their listing for Gunma Prefecture. Just choose a city!

Just confirmed that I'll be in Tatebayashi, Gunma :)
Apparently I'm the only HS ALT in Tatebayashi...
Am wondering if that's good or not haha

Shall see what my pred says about apartments - but am eyeing the leopalace ones haha

High school cover a wider area than the other schools. My city has eight ALTs in total and I'm the only HS ALT. Some of the other ALTs have 10+ schools... I have four.

Leo Palace is easier. I had to rent furniture when I arrived and wait six weeks for the internet to be fixed up as there are no Leo Palaces in my city. Those in other cities in Leo Palaces were good to go from the day they moved in.
