Yep, Ata has returned to the bar, only this time, she's not alone. There's a movie Jazz in his car form following her in.
"Here's the place, Jazz. The place's neutral ground, so there won't be any problems." She hopes.

She knows a few Transformers might turn up to either bug them or simply to talk.

Jazz shifts, then winces and pauses in a crouch till his hip unlocks and lets him straighten. His voice is just a little strained as he says, "Sweet."

"Huh?" He blinks, then looks chagrined. "Yeah. Sorry. Just thinkin' 'bout that again."

[tf_atalanta]

"Hey, don't worry about that for now, okay?" At this moment, the server drone returns with their drinks.

[slag_megs]

"I'm tryin'," he says ruefully, thinking he's lost his touch when all he can do around a pretty femme is mope.

[tf_atalanta]

"The booze should help with that." To getting completely wasted.

[slag_megs]

"Yeah." And there's a hint of Jazz's charming grin.

[tf_atalanta]

He gets a bit of a smile. "Thought so." And now she takes a sip, and it won't be long before she's over charged.

Jazz has more capacity than that, his first drink just makes him a little pensive, though he's smiling slightly now too.

It'll really start affecting her as soon as she drinks a quarter of her drink. For now, she's the equvilant of being tipsy.

"Heh... ain't drunk in a while."

"No?" He sips his own. "Ben too busy?"

[tf_atalanta]

"Yeah," she replies, "That and things were a little tight back home."

[slag_megs]

He reaches over and pats her hand, trying not to think of just how tight it is back at his own version of Earth.

"Don't worry 'bout it, it's been getting better." She smiles shyly at him, and has drunk more from her high grade.

[slag_megs]

"That's good to hear. Where're ya stationed, anyway?"

[tf_atalanta]

"The Ark. It crashed into a volcano in Oregon. Where're you guys holdin' up?"

[slag_megs]

"Huh. It got further than ours did." He chuckles slightly, then shrugs. "Got a really temporary base in this canyon in Nevada."
