I am very excited. My dad is buying my own place. It's going to be a modular (which is amazing how beautiful they look now). I'm already planning decor and themes. The one I am set on is my kitchen. I want my kitchen done in sunflowers (I realy wanted Ivy or three leaf clovers but I know they don't make kitchen decor with that.) If any friends

Well it's not gonna be like one of those grand modulars or anything. But he bought my sisters place so he is always setting me up with my own...theres a bit of happiness and worry with this.. I am very happy and grateful he's doing this...but in the back of my mind...it's as if he's trying to get things done before.....well...something happens and he's gone... I really realy hate to think that... I want my dad around for as long as can be... I want him to see my children...I want him to be there doing things with me and my soon to be husband...

My cousin lives in one of those. It's about 3 years old now, I think, and it's a really awesome pad. They definitely don't make 'em like they used to, and in this case, that's a good thing.
